We offer a wide range of options, from watching demos and eating, to interactive hands-on types of experiences. From pasta, bread, croissants, phyllo dough, pastries, to cupcake and cake decorating, we can design an event that is appropriate for the skill level of guests. As long as there is an interest in culinary, no experience is necessary to create a unique experience.

With cooking, we can plan different types of cuisine, from Italian to Indian to Swedish to Filippino. Corporations can book these for team building, and individuals can book these for birthdays, family parties or a cooking club/group.

One class that is currently extremely popular is “Designing Your Own Grazing Boards”, a demo first, and then guests get to create their own board from an ingredients bar. Guests of course get to take home their own board; edible, delicious artwork to enjoy at home.

No need to head into the woods for a fun camping type of experience!  Glamping is the stay-at-home glamorous version of camping. Whether outdoors in your backyard or indoors, tents and “camping” are set up with tents and other fun accessories. Event catering can include grilled styled camping food, whether hot dogs and burgers, to steaks and salmon to a carving station. Guests can make smores, play campsite games, enjoy life music. 

Maiden Voyage has an exclusive contract with a Victorian mansion, 90 minutes outside of Manhattan in Forked River. This grand mansion has beautifully manicured gardens, and a spacious swimming pool.  This venue is ideal for small weddings and parties.  In the summer, guests enjoy this outdoor setting, food pairings and a private concert.  Food can be anything from boxed picnics, afternoon tea; to a clam bake or a BBQ.

Let us pick a team and coordinate the party look to fit.  Think dips and sliders, chicken wings, brats and sausage bits. Perhaps a taco or fajitas bar; or a pig roast.  We can make it happen and guarantee you an epic party.   

Bring a bit of Spain to your party.  Guests enjoy a flamenco performance while enjoying a variety of tapas.  Add sangrias and of course Spanish desserts for a full transport to Europe for an evening.

A light hearted event filled festive food and tarot card readings for believers and non-believers 🙂. Start off with frozen margaritas or tequila flights, and guests enjoy a taco bar with all the fixings. Perhaps include a mariachi band for live music. 

We will bring in all the scary decor and food & beverages that matches with spooky.  From prosciutto skull grazing platters to spider deviled eyes, to steaming cauldrons of brew. Event catering for a fun occasion with visually entertaining food that is also tasty.

Transform to NYC is the roaring 20s! Flapper dresses and tuxes, guests dress up for this glamourous and festive party.  We bring back cocktails and food from that era, with modern touches.

We’ll take care of everything from masks, beads and party decor.  Pick from a New Orleans style menu, from Po’ Boys, Muffaletta, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Dirty Rice, to Jambalaya, Fried Okra, Shrimp Stew, Crawfish Boil, Hush Puppies. And complete the night with a Mardi Gras King Cake and Bananas Foster.

Guests can dress up for this European style festival, with beer flights and a variety of bratwurst with an extensive toppings bar. Learn how to make your own beer and everyone takes home a kit to try.
